Note:
• A Complaint is used to report dissatisfaction regarding WAU activities, personnel, certification-related conduct, or a certified client.
• An Appeal is used to request reconsideration of a certification-related decision made by WAU.
WAU will acknowledge receipt of the Complaint / Appeal and process it in an impartial and confidential manner. Complaints are normally aimed to be resolved within 30 days from registration. Appeals are normally acknowledged within 48 hours and aimed to be resolved within 30 days, depending on complexity.
